Licensed/Regulated
The Gaming and Entertainment Control Act, 2018, section 36, says the Board may issue a bookmaker licence to a person who intends to conduct a bookmaking business, and that the licence authorises the holder to accept, receive, or negotiate bets placed on prescribed events. Section 70 says a person may not engage in, conduct, or make available a gambling activity unless a licence is or has been issued under the Act, or the activity is a prescribed amusement game. Section 2 defines a minor as a person who has not attained the age of 18, and section 74 says a minor may not engage in a gambling activity other than an amusement game. A published list of licensees is not confirmed — check the regulator.
