Arrêté ministériel No. 041/MJS/CAB/2100/01/2011 of 28 December 2011, article 6, says organising lottery draws and prediction contests must follow the procedures in ordinances No. 84/155 and No. 84/156 of 4 July 1984. Article 4 requires, before a permanent or occasional game of chance starts, an acknowledgement of a partnership request to the company that holds the monopoly of lottery games and prediction contests.
